Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Narowal Hub("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, business owners, and anyone who submits content to Narowal Hub.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• Accounts found to be fraudulent will be permanently banned

Business Listings

When submitting a business listing, you agree that:

• The business information is accurate and up-to-date
• You have the authority to submit the listing (owner, authorised representative, or community member)
• The phone number, address, and opening hours are correct to the best of your knowledge
• You will notify us if information becomes outdated
• You will not submit duplicate, fake, or malicious listings

Marketplace & Job Listings

• All ads must be for real items or genuine job opportunities
• Prohibited: weapons, illegal goods, counterfeit products, adult content
• Prices must be in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and not intentionally misleading
• You must respond to genuine enquiries within a reasonable time
• Narowal Hub is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers
• Fraudulent listings will result in permanent account suspension

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Narowal Hub to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
• Post spam, promotional content, or unsolicited advertisements
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Violate any applicable Pakistani laws or regulations
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform

Content Moderation

Narowal Hub reserves the right to remove any listing, ad, or account that violates these terms, without prior notice. Decisions made by our admin team are final.

If you believe content has been incorrectly removed, you may appeal by emailing hubnarowal@gmail.comwith the subject line "Content Appeal".

Limitation of Liability

Narowal Hubprovides information on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information found on the platform.

Narowal Hub is not a party to any transaction between users. Any disputes between buyers, sellers, employers, or service providers are solely their responsibility.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
